I was commissioned to design custom Arabic typography for "Bloodline," the first vampire horror film in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, featuring Nelly Karim and Dhafer L'Abidine. My linguistic and cultural understanding of the Middle East played a key role in guiding the creative direction.
"Bloodline" tells the story of Nelly and Dhafer, parents of twin boys, who embark on an unconventional plan to revive one son after he falls into a coma following an accident. While their plan initially appears successful, the boy soon starts to display disturbing behavior and insidious intentions.
